Restaurant closed due to the owner’s retirement, located in the heart of Lloret de Mar, on the second line of the sea, very close to the Town Hall in the main commercial and tourist area. It has a very high reputation on social networks with about 12,000 followers between Facebook and Instagram and a very good rating in Google reviews of 4.4 out of 5.

The refrigerating chamber has recently been changed for a value of €25,000, the extractor hood motor for a value of €2,500, most of the restaurant has been illuminated with LEDs, the change has cost €2,500, the iron is almost new, a value of €3,500, new fryers also €2,000, new ground floor ice machine also €1,500, a new upright freezer €3,000, a new fish fridge €3,500, new table linen worth €3,000, installation to place a POS with controls and printers for areas worth €500 and other things that I may have left and are included in the sale.
